Actor 06:10
I watched on as another laid these hands above my eyes I told another story inside I’ve longed to be alone to learn things I’ll never know But the door is slowly opening to a world I had never seen Every leaf is a miracle of creation Every seed grows into the perfect plant Will you dance with your whole body without going a damn? Forgetting everything they said about how to be or who to be Remember the child who knows how to breathe Breathe I can watch these thoughts like an actor reads her lines and decide what to keep learning how to sink deeper every time This isn’t mine, this body that I see This is the time to live how we believe life can be What keeps you from living free?

Lens 03:06
Fight ’til you find Water controls the tides The earth isn’t yours to shake Try and you might hear what the sun has to say Scent of the sky Honeysuckle in my gaze I wander in a timeless haze Sitting into silence That they taught me to break It is the wave that misses the shore It is the seed that wishes to grow It is the water that started so cold Lightning awaits Lighting the path we crave I wanted to find my fate Looking through a lens created by the mind’s gate It is the wind that whistles in caves It is the mouth that misses your taste It is the fire that teaches you pain It is the lie that keeps you afraid It is the wine that helps you feel brave It isn’t mine - every word that I say

Waterfall 03:50
I’m a waterfall flowing through rocks and mountains morphing in every moment formlessly shape-shifting The patterns that form in my brain I know they’re just colours; just some kind of wave just energy flowing inside this space Listen; observe the motion
What other way do you measure life on this plane? Have you turned your head to look the other way? I am the hawk soaring silent and free I glide through the trees and over the waters tracing the dots on this vast canvas What other way do you measure life on this plane? Have you turned your head to look the other way?

Lying awake, I wander through uninvited scenes Breathe into each sensation Feed your dreams with light energy The cold doesn’t rise in summer The heat can be kept from ice Our bodies are dualities All we can do is watch these seasons and breathe in Honing in on the present Letting your mind run free This moment is all we’ll ever have Where else would you rather be? The one who drives you mad could be a mirror for what’s inside behind that skin We’ve all been there before Will you adore this reality just as it is? Just as it is Breathe in Breathe
5.
Spaces 02:14
Why are we afraid to be ourselves? What’s between the spaces in our cells? The stars have no way to hide their light Sirius never heard to shine so bright
Breathe into the feelings that you see The world just might become what we believe Listening to the wind, the stars always align Take heed; the path’s steep The journey’s worth the climb

Only You 05:02
Do you rise and share your voice every time you have something to say? Or do you hide away from the world because it’s hard to be feeling everything Does your time disappear in indecision? Are you blind to the way that you are? Are you harming yourself with your thoughts? You are not lost - just seeking Your guru is inside of you buried underneath the debris and the memories clinging to your cells Only you can help yourself Are you holding back from your potential? Are you bold as you are in your dreams? Have you seen yourself from the inside where you are wise as any being
Your guru is inside of you buried underneath the debris and the memories clinging to your cells Only you can help yourself

Cocoon 03:59
All we ever want is within a cloud of intent Why be disillusioned by a failed Endeavour made her scared of leisure Trying to sing without breathing won’t create a sound and brightness lives under the ground Highs and wine to reach the divine Sinning blindly to create a heaven on the earth It's just your mind that's giving birth An ogre can live in a fortress Dirt is necessary to grow all the things we eat It’s not just the sun raising seeds You’ll find the beauty in all things Water doesn’t decide its form and inside a cocoon, the image of a butterfly can’t live inside The mind tries to conceive the vastness of the sea

Followed the waves I thought I knew how they behaved And why the boats won’t sink in too deep They’d rearrange our beliefs Inside the air What could it be there? All we see are things with colour And what our mothers taught us to see
The rhythm of the sunlight On the surface of the waves The colours we create Day’s running out I still see the mountain And in the sky, a watercolour perfume And two curious people, staring at the stones Wonder why they shimmer in the water A column of the light glistens On the moving glass I chose to walk this path Either way, I can’t go back Oh, I wanted to see all of it Oh, I wanted to be part of the waves Oh, we faced the mundane We’re brave Followed the waves I thought I knew how they behaved We see what we create The rhythm of the sunlight On the surface of the waves

The moon’s halo extends impossible distances rising towards my mind Every breath is stolen Every map has opened to thee Tell the clock we’ve chosen whether time will leap or take heed And as the water rushes The clouds reflect upon the rippled mosses We can direct Attention to these simple things Finding peace that seeing brings
The leaves of grass sway in slow motion And we all ask to mend what’s broken As the wind is gusting Images float behind my eyes Why are we always rushing Frantically towards some big prize? And as the cheetah crouches breathing slow The art is in the patience where freedom grows Attention to these simple things Finding peace that seeing brings

This Body 05:24
I am not this body I am watching myself breathe Who is the me that sees? What is she trying to be? I am not this personality fighting to be truly seen As sounds escape this cave below my gaze They seem to come from another place Sinking into this silent space,
I remember why I came and the meaning of this role I play I am not this feeling pervading every vein As sensation leads me through another maze, I’m learning not to just escape Feeling everything Meeting all the demons that live in my brain And letting go
